globedot Academic Philosophy:
St. Louis School believes in providing a quality Christian education for the whole child.  The growth of each student is instilled with Christian values as they are encouraged to develop their gifts to their fullest potential.  These values encourage positive self-image and promote academic, social and physical growth and development.  Students will become responsible individuals filled with faith, a love of learning and respect for themselves and others.

dot Curriculum:
St. Louis School develops and maintains excellent academic programs which set high expectations that challenge each student.  Students are provided a strong knowledge base with a focus on basic skills and concepts.  St. Louis School follows the Diocese of Superior curriculum, which includes the Wisconsin State Standards.  Standardized testing is done in grades three through sixth with the Iowa Basic Skills and Knowledge Test.  By using these tests throughout the grade levels of third through sixth we are able to track student progress and individualize our teaching for academic success along with correlating our curriculum to the highest standards to meet all students’ learning needs.
